Etymology
From Middle Radestrian minuss, from Old Radestrian minuhθur, inherited from Proto-Radic *minuhθur, from Proto-Hirdic *minúḵthus, from Proto-Laenkean *(s)minúktʰus. Cognate with Ardian minus, Lusetian minudu and Laefevian minyhtessa (“asteroid”).
