Uses Lua:

Extra settings can be called in any order:

`|col` or `|colloquial`: uses colloquial phonology
`|format`: formats the output using the appropriate IPA format
- `|nolarge`: the format is produced using the normal-sized IPA class
`|phon`: narrow transcription
