From Middle Radestrian huass, from Old Radestrian huawro, huwawro, inherited from Proto-Radic *huwawur, from Proto-Hirdic *khup̄óhus, from Proto-Laenkean *kʰopohos. Cognate with Ardian huvu, Lusetian and Laefevian huppu.
