Radestrian
Etymology
From Middle Radestrian vírfs, from Old Radestrian wīrfre (“mint”), rȳfre (“herb”), inherited from Proto-Radic *wīrɸir (“mint, herb”), from Proto-Hirdic *wíḡirphis, from Proto-Laenkean *wigirpʰis. Cognate with Laefevian vêwirþ (“mint”) and doublet of ryefs. Strictly speaking, Old Radestrian wīrfre is a semi-learned borrowing.
