From Middle Radestrian sá, from Old Radestrian sǣ, inherited from Proto-Radic *śǣ, from Proto-Hirdic *sjē, from Proto-Laenkean *sjej.
Pronunciation

Usage notes
- Before the definite article, the form sáv is used.
