Etymology

From Middle Radestrian rnǿzz, from Old Radestrian rnø̄ðre, inherited from Proto-Radic *rnwęðir (“gown, drapes”), from Proto-Hirdic *snwø̄́dhis (“cloth”). from Proto-Laenkean *snwewdʱ-. Cognate with Lusetian rnyzi (“dress”), Riyan nios (“fabric”) and Laefevian -hnuoð.
