From Old Riyan ŗylt, from Proto-Riyanic *ḡýlti, from Proto-Hirdic *ŋýlthis (“head”), from Lua error in Module:languages at line 5: No such language (ŋyl-).. Cognate with Radestrian gĵøþs (“head”) and Laefevian ñilt (“door”).
