From Old Kirvic ⴔⴐⴀⴌⴇⴍⴑ • phrānthos, inherited from Proto-Hirdic *bhrəndhós, from Proto-Laenkean *bʱr̥ndʱós. Cognate with Radestrian vlunza, Riyan vrynd and Laefevian vônd.
