This template is to be added in the first line of an etymology section. It is meant to not display anything, and only serves the purpose of categorization. Powered by Module:root.

Parameters

|1=

The language code of the language which derived the root, which should be the language of the section that the template is placed in.

|2=

The language code of the language which the root was derived from.

|2=* will use the same language as |1=.

|3=, |4=, |5=, ...

The root(s) in the source language that this term was derived from. A hyphen will be added to the end of all roots entered without them.

On šeḻē:

which will categorize the page in Category:Kilitic terms derived from the Proto-Laenkean root *cel-.
