Usage

Produces:
Parameters
|1=(required)- The language code of the entry's language
|2=(required)- The word this entry is an inflected form of
|3=,|4=, etc- The labels you wish to be shown explaining what form of the original word this is. Most of these will be automatically linked. If not, add them to Module:form of/data.
|t=- Optionally, a gloss to show with the original word
|pos=- Optionally, a part of speech to show with the original word
