This template renders a link to a word, similarly to {{m}}, but automatically handles adding categories. It is intended to be used in etymology sections for words that are borrowed from another language.

This template is used for learned borrowings.

Usage

{{lbor|kil|rad|alșa}}.

Generates:

Learned borrowing of Radestrian alșa.

Parameters

|1= (required)
Specifies the language code of the language this etymology belongs to. It's the language that borrowed the term.
|2= (required)
Specifies the language code of the language being borrowed from.
|3= (required)
Specifies the word that was borrowed from the origin language.
|4= or |alt=
Specifies an alternative display text for the word link.
|5= or |t=
Specifies an optional gloss to be displayed with the word link.
|pos=
Specifies an optional part of speech to be displayed with the word link.
|notext=
Stops the template from including the "learned borrowing" text at all.
|nocap=
Removes the capital letter from the start of "learned borrowing"
|nocat=
Stops the template from including any auto-generated categories.

Categories

This template automatically adds categories regarding borrowing. For example, {{lbor|kil|rad|alșa}} will automatically add the category "Kilitic terms borrowed from Radestrian" and "Kilitic learned borrowings from Radestrian".
