From Old Riyan -anș, from Proto-Riyanic *-ăns̱ă, from Proto-Hirdic *-VnṯjVs, from Proto-Laenkean *-VntjVs (concept). Cognate with Radestrian -aș (verbal noun) and Laefevian -ens.
